Construction Blueprints
All plans that we design and draft are done on AutoCAD and Softplan software. Our construction blueprints are clean and of the highest quality and known throughout various Municipalities. Our plans comply with the 2006 Ontario Building Compendium, as amended, for residential construction. A typical plan consists of a Foundation plan, First floor Plan, Four exterior elevations and Cross section(s) details.

HVAC Designs for residential construction

HVAC designs consist of a heat loss calculation and a duct design layout for residential construction. The design complies with the 2006 Ontario Building Compendium, as amended, for residential construction and designed and drafted on Right Suite-Universal Software.
Fees
Initial consultation is free. Travel outside of the Niagara Region will be billed accordingly.
Our fees are determined by the gross floor area, size, shape, complexity and scale of the drawing.
Generally, our fees range from $0.75/sq.ft - $1.50/sq.ft.
Limited revisions are included in the above mentioned pricing
